Build the Dog You Can Trust in the Real World...

The Reactive Dog Reset

From Barking and Lunging… to Calm Walks and a Reliable Dog

If your dog is reactive on walks — barking, lunging, fixating... or you simply can’t trust them off lead…

This structured in-person programme is designed to fix that properly.

We don’t just manage behaviour.

We build reliability.

The Reactive Dog Reset

(In-Person Coaching)

Walk past Other dogs without drama
Loose lead control that actually holds up
Reliable recall around real distractions
A dog you can trust outside

Does this Sound Familiar?

You scan the horizon every walk
You tense up when another dog appears
You don’t trust your dog off the lead
You feel embarrassed or frustrated with your dogs behaviour

You’ve probably tried advice online.

Maybe even other in-person trainers.

But nothing has held up consistently in the real world.

Because real change doesn’t come from isolated tips.

It comes from building the right skills in the right order.

That’s what this programme does.

The Structure Most Dog Training Is Missing...

This Isn’t Random Lessons...

The Reactive Dog Reset is a structured programme that combines:

In-Person Coaching

We’ll work hands-on together so you’re not guessing whether you’re doing it right.
I’ll adjust your timing, positioning and handling in real time - so you leave each session knowing exactly what good looks like.

WhatsApp Support Between Sessions

If something happens on a walk, you don’t have to wait until the next lesson.
Send it over and I’ll guide you through it - so small issues don’t turn into setbacks.

Structured Video Training Library

After every session, I’ll send you specific video guidance so you’re not going home trying to remember what I said. You’ll know exactly what to practise and how to practise it

Real-World Exposure Work

We won’t just train in quiet fields.
As your dog progresses, we’ll start working in the places you actually want to walk... so their behaviour holds up where it matters.

Meet Ross

"I’ve spent the past eight years working with reactive and high-energy dogs... both in rescue environments and with private clients.

My focus has always been simple: keep dogs out of rescue centres and in the homes that love them.

Over the years, I’ve worked hands-on with hundreds of owners in person and supported thousands more online through structured training programmes.

I specialise in high-drive, strong-minded breeds... the dogs that often get labelled “too much.”

Through that work, I developed a structured, practical system that focuses on clarity, progression and real-world reliability.

We don’t just manage behaviour.

We change it."

The Core Skills You’ll Build

Real Motivation & Engagement

You’ll learn how to genuinely motivate your dog...

so they choose to focus on you instead of scanning for the next trigger.

Obedience That Actually Holds Up

We build clear, structured obedience that sticks.

No more pulling on the lead.

No more being ignored when you give a command.

Your dog understands expectations and responds reliably.

Controlled Reactivity Work

You’ll learn how to interrupt fixation properly, reinforce neutrality, apply consequences where needed, and consistently reward calm behaviour.

This is where the training shifts from theory into real-world change... and where you start seeing genuine progress around triggers.

Real-World Reliability

Once your dog has the foundations, we take the training into the places you actually want to walk.

Busier routes.

Public spaces.

Real-life environments.

This is where we proof everything properly.

The goal isn’t just fewer reactions in quiet areas.

It’s a dog who can move through the world calmly and predictably... without you feeling on edge the entire time.

Real Results From Real Owners

Frequently asked questions

What methods do you use?

My approach is balanced and practical.

I love to use play, food rewards with clear communication to motivate dogs and build engagement. That’s where all training begins.

However, after years of working with reactive and high-drive dogs, I’ve learned that motivation alone doesn’t always hold up in real-world situations.

Where appropriate, I may introduce additional training tools - such as slip leads or prong collars... to create clarity, safety and reliability.

These are used correctly, fairly, and only when they benefit the dog and owner.

The goal is never to overpower a dog.

The goal is clear communication, real-world control, and long-term success.

Your dog’s safety — and your confidence handling them — always comes first.

I’ve tried training before and it didn’t work. What makes this different?

Most owners I work with have already tried something.

Often it’s been scattered techniques... reward here and there, disengagement exercises, avoiding triggers, maybe being told to “pop the lead” or distract with food.

The problem isn’t effort.

The problem is lack of structure.

Reactive and aggressive behaviour doesn’t improve with isolated tips. It improves with a clear system - knowing what comes first, what comes next, and how to progress safely into real-world situations.

Inside The Reactive Dog Reset, we build your dog properly from the ground up:

Communication.
Control.
Structured exposure.
Reliability.

No guesswork. No hit-and-hope advice.

Just a progressive plan that holds up outside - where it actually matters.

How much does the programme cost?

The investment depends on the level of support you need.

Some owners want focused reactivity work.
Others want full off-lead control.
Some want additional sessions layered in.

Because every dog and situation is different, I don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing on this page.

During your consultation, we’ll assess your dog, your goals, and the level of support required - then I’ll recommend the most appropriate package.

My dog is too far gone. Can you really help?

I hear this a lot.

Many of the dogs I work with are the ones other trainers have struggled with - long-term reactivity, aggression, high-drive breeds, rescue backgrounds.

And in most cases, the issue isn’t that the dog is “too far gone.”

It’s that they’ve never been given the right structure.

Even highly reactive dogs can make drastic improvements when training is layered properly and progressed in the right order.

Will it be instant? No.

Will it require consistency? Yes.

But real change is absolutely possible and I specialise in helping owners who feel like they’ve run out of options.

"I would love to answer any questions you have"
